Answers Experience Access/Permissions

Hello!

I have a client who is splitting up into two teams and will likely be looking to split their existing Answers Experience into two Answers experiences. They are curious if there is a way to limit access to individual Answers Experiences. Is this possible? I was looked through Hitchhiker content and couldn’t find a solid answer.

Great question. My understanding is that while you can control access to things like the Answers Overview screen or the Experiences tab itself, it is not currently possible to limit access to particular Answers Experiences.

DJ is right, with Custom Roles you can gate access to the Answers Experiences tab. However, you cannot currently gate user access to specific Answers Experiences using Custom Roles.
