Answers - Hardcoded Prompts Clicks

Hi Team,

My client is wondering if it’s possible to get a total count of the number of users who have selected a hardcoded prompt as opposed to typing and submitting their own search within the search bar. They’re not looking to get a count for each prompt as we can make some assumptions using the normalised search term dimension for that, but they’re just interested in seeing a total click rate for their prompts.

I don’t believe this is possible right now but curious if it’s been suggested before and thus something that’s on the roadmap.

Hi @Scott_Howlett - thanks for the post! We currently do not get analytics on the count of hardcoded prompt clicks, but we’ve noted this use case and will let the Answers team know that it came up for a brand you’re working with.
