Where are you looking to show in-network vs out-of-network in the experience? I have one scenario in mind below, but let me know if you’re thinking of something else!
With the configuration in the guide above, you could set a list of Insurance Accepted for each provider in the Knowledge Graph and then make that field searchable. This would surface the appropriate providers for searches like “providers who accept X insurance”. You could set a synonym for “in-network” → “insurance accepted” so that any searches with “in-network” would surface the same providers.
