Hi there,

is there an API available that would allow customers to pull sentiment analysis data from the platform?

Hey Stefan!

You can fetch Sentiment Analysis data via API using the Analytics Create Reports API endpoint. The relevant metrics are KEYWORD_SENTIMENT and KEYWORD_MENTIONS, and the relevant dimensions are REVIEW_KEYWORDS and SENTIMENT_COLLECTION.
