Attribution URL for Custom User Role

Hello! I’m working on a custom demo and trying to set up a custom user role that can respond to reviews with approval. I noticed:

  1. that the “with approval” boy is grayed out when I tried to adjust permissions for the role

  2. when I went to save permissions, I was prompted to enter an “attribution url”. What does the attribution URL refer to?

What is “Attribution URL for User Creation”?

Hi Sarah,

The Attribution URL is the URL of the zendesk ticket related to the work you’re performing.

note: Attribution URL will only appear for internal Yext employees.
