CSS trouble with Yext search in my Zendesk ticket request form

I’m following the directions on how to add Yext to my Zendesk ticket form, and I’ve gotten the search bar to appear, but rather than appearing nicely to the right of my form, the entire thing appears at the bottom, below additional fields that may not immediately be seen by the requester. Help?
