Hi HH Team!
We have an entity with a CTA leading to an .xlsx file which works only on Internet Explorer. On Chrome, Edge, Firefox, clicking the CTA doesn’t take any action. Does anyone know of a way we could troubleshoot or what would be causing the file(s) to download only on IE?
