Do we have best practices for inappropriate or spam searches?

Hi team,

I have a client whose Analytics are seeing some suspicious and inappropriate queries in the Answers > Experiences > Search Terms. Unfortunately some of these searches have the highest volume and are at the top of the list, which I’m sure we don’t want to emphasize. Do we have any ways to mitigate this (I don’t think we are able to necessarily delete search terms that appear there) or any best practices on how we can approach this with the client?
