Is it possible to embed a video on a page builder page? If so, does the video need to be hosted on a specific platform?

There are currently no built-in Page Builder modules for videos. However, you could embed a video using a custom HTML module within your template. The HTML module can ingest an embed code from wherever your video is hosted.
Most video platforms (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo) will supply an embed code and you can paste that right into the HTML module. Please note that by doing this, you may be negatively impacting on PageSpeed scores.
