Email Whitelabeling: Partner Only (Fall '20 Release)

Partners now have improved self-serve functionality for email branding. Setting up a custom email domain is now easier and can be done from Account Settings. There is added flexibility to manipulate the email from name and reply-to email.

Navigate to Email Branding Settings to change “From Name”, “From Email”, or “Reply-To Email” here:

I’m curious why we don’t roll thous out for direct customers as well? Partners are going to love this.

Hey Susie - Rolling this out to direct customers is in the next phase of work for this feature, and will be coming soon. We still have some work to do to make that happen!
