We are only seeing 9 results in FAQ search results and we have 10 FAQ entities in our Knowledge graph. The other 9 display properly.
Usually this happens because the missing entity is not within the associated saved filter for the search vertical. Did you confirm that for the saved filter that all the FAQs were present?
Another possibility would be that the univesal limit (if looking at the “All” tab) or the vertical limit (if looking at the specific FAQ tab) is set to 9. These limits can be found in the config .json file for the specific vertical.
