IP Configuration for Remote Users

Hi Team!

I was curious if anyone knew the answer to this Search question I had or could point me in the right direction. For IP Filtering, if a client is not in the office and they’re remote using a work computer but not work wifi, is the IP filter specifically for devices in the “240 Office” network as shown in the screenshot below or is it strictly for devices under that wifi? (if that makes sense)

Hey Tiffany,

IP address is determined based on the network you are connected to so if you are outside the work wifi it will be a different IP network.

If the user is logged into Yext that will also automatically get categorized as internal as well.
