Is the Yext Platform ADA Compliant?

Hi All,

While I know Yext Answers and Pages are ADA and WCAG compliant, a customer recently asked if our Knowledge Graph was ADA compliant as well. I found this Community Post pertaining to Answers ADA Compliance and was not sure if there was something written about about the Knowledge Graph’s compliance as well? I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction.

Hey Austin,

At this point in time, the Knowledge Graph platform is not WCAG compliant. Our goal is to meet WCAG 2.0 A and AA standards, and we are continuously making improvements towards that with our new components. However, we don’t have a timeline for when the Knowledge Graph will be fully compliant with those standards.
