For some reason, the upload has taken a really long time for my final assessment. Any idea why? It’s been about 3 - 4 hours now.

Uploads should definitely not take that long, so I’m glad you reached out! I have escalated this internally, and our engineers are taking a look at what is causing the delay.
Once I hear back I will let you know once this is fixed!
This is now resolved!
If you navigate to Account Settings > Data File Uploads you can click Resume Upload next to the file to complete the remaining steps!
