Locked Review Responses

Hi all,

One of my clients needs to turn off reviews approval workflows due to capacity constraints.
Instead they want users to only be able to use assets or intelligent review response templates, which can’t be edited. In the platform it looks like when you apply an asset, the pencil icon is still available for users to edit the template. Is there a way to get this turned off or is the only workaround having approvals set up?
