Yext’s Review Monitoring pulls in reviews from publishers in the Yext Knowledge Network. Most of our reviews get pulled into Yext in real time (the time displays in the Yext User Local Time), but the behavior differs by publisher, and you should wait up to 24 hours for them to appear in the platform.
- Google: Reviews are pulled in real time via webhooks. An automated scan also runs weekly to cover any instances where the webhook may have failed.
- Facebook: An automated scan also runs every 24 hours to cover any instances where the webhook may have failed.
- Yelp: Depending on your Yelp package, Yext can pull in reviews in real-time, or we can kick off a reviews scan.
