Notifications for Answers No Results

Hi,

If no results are returned for an Answers search query is there a way for us in real-time to submit an email or some sort of notification to a client stakeholder that there were no results on a query?

Hi Holden,

Thanks for posting. This a great idea. This isn’t exactly possible today but you can setup an automated report for search terms with No KG results which can be automatically sent to the client on a regular basis. Would this work for what you’re hoping to accomplish?
