As per the given instructions, I have created a response generation invite and send it to my ID. However, I couldn’t complete the assessment… I believe I have missed some basic elements.
I request someone to check and spot the issue, please.
Note: I tried 3 times, however, I haven’t received any invite from Yext.

The title of the receiver should be ‘Mr.’ and I have missed the period (.)

The “title” field actually shouldn’t be required to send a review invitation. There is sometimes a delay between creating the invitation and the invitation being sent by the system, which was probably what was causing the assessment to be incomplete. You can always view pending invites by clicking “More Options → View Pending Invites” in the Review Generation tab.

Does that mean then that the review invites are successfully sent once they’ve disappeared from the “View Pending Invites” tab?

I’m getting the following error message when I try to send a review generation invitation. Could I get some support on how to configure a privacy policy statement?

Step 1: Go to Account Settings > Review Generation
Step 2: Enter the Review Generation Privacy Policy and save it

@Ashley_Snell yes, once an invitation is no longer present in the “View Pending Invites” tab and is present in the Generation tab with the “Sent” column set, the invitation has been sent successfully.
