Hi All,
I seem to be stuck on passing the “HoursCTADataManagerCustomRole” test case for the Users Module in the Knowledge Graph track. I’ve gone over the instructions and looked at my custom role but can’t seem to find anything wrong.

Hey Kyle! Take another look at the exact permissions you’ve assigned to the role. Here’s what the assessment is asking for:
- Knowledge Graph - Hours - Edit
- Knowledge Graph - Call to Action Fields - Edit
- Analytics - Report Buider - View
Make sure there aren’t any other permissions assigned to that user role outside of the three listed above. Let us know if you’re still having trouble!
The only other thing that isn’t one of those three is “Additional Hours Text”, but I can’t uncheck Edit without it also unchecking my Hours permissions as well.
Same for me, I am having the same issue. That box stays checked too.
Hey @Jillian_Mazziotti and @Kyle_Wang - thanks for the extra detail here. It looks like there were some backend changes made to the user permissions in Yext that this challenge is evaluating, so we need to update the assessment criteria on our side.
In the meantime, the expiration dates on both your challenge accounts are extended through Monday 5/9, and we’ll keep you posted here on when you can resubmit the challenge. Thanks for pointing this out!
