Zendesk Community Posts Connector (October '21 Release)

Pull all of your brand’s Zendesk Community posts into the Yext platform using the new Zendesk Community Post Connector!

To use the data connector, follow these steps:

  1. Click Apps in the top navigation bar.

  2. Click on the Zendesk Community Posts Connector tile in the Directory.

  3. Click Install.

  4. You will then see details about the configuration. Click Next.

  5. Enter your Zendesk subdomain, so we know which Zendesk instance to pull your Community Posts from.

  6. Click Authorize to start pulling your Zendesk Community Posts into the Knowledge Graph!
