Step 4: Create a Search Frontend Preview

Overview

Let’s create a frontend preview so that we can start testing out some searches!

  1. Navigate to Pages and select the “Search” site.

    On the Overview page for your site, click the View Code Editor button.

  2. Open Master Branch

    Hover over the Master branch and hit the pencil icon to get into your files. From here, you can see all of your files (arranged in the directory on the left), make changes to those files, preview those changes and commit those changes to your repository.

    Click master

  3. Click “View Live Preview”

    This will spin up a preview of your Search site in the browser, just like you would do if you were developing locally.

    Navigate to Code Editor
