Step 2: Re-Upload Data using File Upload

Once you have successfully completed Step 1, it’s time to reupload your entity.

Now that you have exported the previous entity data, you can upload this dataset to replace the current entity data.

  1. Navigate to the Upload File page . You can navigate to this page from Entities > + Add Content > Upload a File or by going to Content > Configuration > Data File Uploads > Upload a Data File.
  2. Upload the file as you normally would.
    • If you exported multiple entities of varying types, you must specify the entity type in your xlsx or csv file prior to uploading the data.
    • If you are including new entities in your upload, in addition to your rolled-back entity, make sure to also include the Entity Type and Country fields with their appropriate values.

Once the file upload is complete, you will have successfully rolled back your selected entities.
