Prerequisites
This guide assumes that you have created a Search Experience and are ready to integrate the search bar and search results onto your website. If you have not, we recommend reading our Search - Quick Start Your Experience Guide .

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a Content Management System (CMS) from Adobe that makes it easy to build enterprise scale websites. This guide will walk you through how to add your Search experience to an AEM website in just a few steps. If you use a different CMS, you can still integrate your Search experience — check out our Search Deployment Guide to do so.

There are many different approaches to adding a Search experience to your AEM website and we will go over two approaches in detail in this guide. This guide is focused on the front-end implementation, and does not include details on how to index content from AEM to Yext Content.
