Ability to use dynamic date field within filters

Describe your Idea

Particularly for Event entities, data needs to be removed from Answers once the date has been passed. Instead of having to select a static date, it would be helpful to have a dynamic date to select that represents today's date (similar to what excel has when a user enters '=today') for building more flexible filters.

Is there a current workaround?

This can be done with filters but the current options only allow for before, after, etc. a static date
