When receiving the reviews in Zendesk using the integration with the app, we are receiving them with the requester appearing as the system admin.
We need to have the API call pushing the cases into Zendesk, to be able to populate the "requester" filed by customer name that can be found already inside the case. This is, update the requester name to become customer's name. If the same customer contacts again, this should also need to be logged under the same customer name. Additionally, the customer should have a unique ID to avoid issues with clients under the same name.
