What can you do?
We will add new interaction types to Knowledge Assistant over time. If it’s been some time since you’ve had a conversation, we recommend asking “What can you do?” to explore any new features or functionality.
Knowledge Assistant will try to provide more information and guide you through interaction types that you might be interested in.
Ending a Conversation
If you’re in the middle of a conversation, you can say “cancel” or “nevermind” at any time to end that conversation. This is important because if you’re in the middle of a conversation, you will not receive any proactive notifications until that conversation expires (which happens after 6 hours of inactivity).
Don’t confuse “cancel” with “stop” – “stop” will turn all interaction types to not allowed in your Personal Settings. This is a carrier regulation and Facebook requirement and we have no control over this. If you do this accidentally, you can visit personal settings and re-enable any interactions in “Allowed Interactions”. If you don’t have access to Personal Settings, you can contact Yext Support for assistance.
