With the explosion of search engines, maps, apps, and virtual assistants, having a clear picture of everywhere consumers find and engage with your brand across Listings is key.
One of the major benefits of Yext analytics is that they are all pulled into one place for you to view, filter by, and slice-and-dice them any way you want. From integrations with sites in the Knowledge Network we are able to pull metrics to help you get an understanding of how consumers engage with your brand on the web.
Yext then gives you flexibility to work with this data so you’re not just looking at numbers, but you can effectively filter, and drill down to understand trends and take meaningful action.
In this module we will start with some high-level overview metrics, and then drill into more specific insights and metrics you can leverage to understand your Listings.
Listings Overview Screen Analytics
Right at the top of Listings Overview screen we show you the status of your brand across the Knowledge Network, including: the total attributes you’re powering, the number of changes to your data that we’ve powered, how many listings updates those changes resulted in, and the total listings you have live.
Then, you can learn all about how people interact with your brand on Google and Yelp. Highlighting profile views, phone calls, driving directions, and clicks to your website, you can see all of the action broken down on one graph, separated by site.
Finally, we can see how much of your Listings traffic is from branded vs. unbranded queries, as well as what devices consumers use to find your listings.
