Access Controls Scoped by Search Experience

Hi Team,

We have an account that is SAML-configured and uses Just-in-Time Provisioning to automate new user creation. We are trying to create users/roles that have comprehensive ‘Search Functions’ access, but only to certain experiences in the account. It seems like ACLs can only be scoped on the entity/folder level but wondering if there are any workarounds (using SAML or not) to achieve this.

Hi Harry,

We don’t currently support limiting a user’s access to only some search experiences within an account. It’s all or nothing right now.
