Historically, if a user searched for an address, a zip code or a small place we would use a radius of 10 miles to find locations. We just rolled out a change to increase this radius from 10 to 25 miles.
The impact of this change is that more relevant locations (or any entity with lat/lng) will show up in Universal and Vertical Search. This should not negatively impact any search experiences.
