We have a prospect that is very interested in Answers Analytics, particularly our ability to breakdown searches by device type (Desktop, Mobile and Tablet). On the Answers Overview screen, we display various icons which indicate the device type a user searched from (Example of Desktop image below)
Do we have the ability to aggregate Device Type data within Analytics? I confirmed that the Advanced Filters within both the Search Logs and Search Terms tabs do not allow a user to filter by device type.
