We’ve released a patch to the HH theme that corrects a bug around how hours are formatted (#936).
Before this fix, all sites used a 12 hour format. After this fix, international sites correctly use a 24 hour format when dictated by their locale.
This issue impacts all versions of the Theme 1.17 or later.
