Answers - Query Rule to Control Leading Zeroes

Hi Hitchhikers,

We have an Answers experience that contains service area entities with 4-5 digit names (some of which include leading zeroes) and also entities for each 5-digit zip code in a service area. Some of the service entity names and zip codes have the same #'s (example: service area 1234 and zip code 01234). How would we best set up a query rule to always return both the service area entity and zip code verticals when either 1234 or 01234 are searched?

Thank you!

Hey Ryan - what field are you using to search the zip codes? address.region?

Hi Max!

We’re actually searching for the name on the zip code entities and those entities are linked to the service area entities on which we’re searching c_linkedZips.name and c_corpName
