When you set up Conversion Tracking in your Yext account (and assuming your entities are live on our Listings product), you can set up the various click types you’d like to track against various publishers. In the example below, I’ve added “Driving Direction” as the click type and Listings Publisher = Google My Business as the medium. After configuring this conversion, all Get Directions clicks on my Yext-associated Google listings will flow into the Yext Conversion Tracking Dashboard / Analytics for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
