Crawler - Open Ports vs tcp/ 443

Hello!

A client is trying to whitelist the Yext crawler and wanted to know if ports need to be opened, or if the crawler will use tcp/443 (https). Please advise!

Hi Prathija,

You won’t need to open any ports and should be fine to whitelist the crawler user agent and IP address, both of which you can find here:
