Custom Fields - Field Specification

Can we have auto populated suggestions for Custom Fields - Field Specification like
If a User select “Single-Line Text” or “Multi-Line Text” how this will come up in Facets or it should pop up as
“can’t add as Multi-Line text” for custom filed “XYZ” but can add as “Single-Line Text” for field “XYZ”

Hi Vinnal,

Can you provide some more context here? For example: are you looking for suggestions only related to adding fields as facets? Where would you want to see suggestions like this (in the Knowledge Graph, when setting up your Answers experience, etc)?

Any specific use cases or examples of problems this will solve would be great.

Facets are just an example
Actual scenario : - When we select “Multi-Line text” for suppose Category field, facets will not come up for standard or prod-prominent image card
now for same cards if we select “Single-Line Text” , facets will show up.

Suggestion is : We should have pop up for custom fields as your selection will not come up, when we select “Multi-Line text”. I will DM (Slack) you in case you need more clarification!!
