When you first spin up the challenge account the business description for each restaurant entity is:
Hungry for Tacos? Fan of “Chips & Guac”? Turtlehead Tacos is the destination for you. With locations globally, we pride ourselves in providing our customers with the most delicious, fresh tacos daily.
Replacing the descriptions with this should be what you need to get you back to the original state.
Alternatively, if you want to restart the challenge altogether you can click on the arrow next to Open Challenge and click Restart Challenge (screenshot below). That will spin up a new challenge account for you so you can start again.
