Do we know if we can access timestamps of when the Knowledge Assistant reaches out to a client? Either via SMS or Facebook Messenger. Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community! This is not something readily available in the activity log or in the Yext platform today. However, we’d love to better understand if you have a particular need or use case for this.
