Facets - Adjusting the mobile experience

Hello -

I added Facets for my products for a retail client and they are noticing that when you search on mobile. The filters appear first like on Yext.com (see screenshot)

However, they called out that it would be best for the products to appear first, and for them to not have to scroll through multiple facets. They noted this is also the UI on their current site search and other retail sites such as BBB (see second screenshot)

Is there a way to adjust this and if so, do you recommend we be adjusting for all clients with filters?

Hi Alyssa,

For mobile, we recommend ensuring the facets are collapsible, so that it’s easier for a user to navigate. Our product team is looking into other ways of enhancing the mobile facet UX - we’ll keep the community updated with any changes!
