I have made sure to double check that I added Spanish translations for the field options but it is still saying that I did not get that correct. I am not sure what to do to get this fixed.

Hi Wilhelmina,
Looks like you added Spanish translations for “Spanish (United States)”, which has a locale code of "es_US", instead of “Spanish” with locale code "es", like the challenge is looking for. If you add translations for “Spanish”, you should be good to go. I’ll also update the challenge instructions to make this clearer!
