Pages Module 5, Unit 3 - Run Directory Fails

Greetings,

I’m going through the Page Module 5 tutorial and I’m getting a “run failed” attempting to build my directory (Unit 3). Any ideas on what could be causing this? Inspecting the network tab in chrome shows a 500 response on the call.
