Hi team,
A client of mine is looking to remove the “No Results” component altogether on a vertical. Some additional context below:
-The client is using one Answers Experience to power their search on 5 different domains, and we are using Query rules to distinguish the content on each site.
-For one of their subdomains, they wanted to remove all providers and add a banner that redirects users to a separate finder tool. We have put that banner solution in place, but it still shows “No results found” underneath the banner because we removed all entities from appearing in that search. The client would like to remove the “No Results” component and show nothing instead, just the banner.
-We are able to alter it so that the text (screenshotbelow) appears, but we want to remove this altogether. The client recognizes this means none of their sites will have a “No results” message appear, which affects the user experience, but they want to do this anyways as a short-term solution until they can build a separate experience for this subdomain.
My main question - can we remove the “No Results” component entirely and prevent it from appearing? Any guidance here is appreciated!
