Surfacing Related Entity Info in Cards

I’ve created a custom field “Related Facilities” to denote the clinics where certain professionals practice. How can I surface this information on the professionals card in my answers experience? Ideally, I would like to list the clinic names as links to their respective landing pages.

It’s better to use a list of Call to Actions than a list of Rich Text to achieve the action of listing links in a card. The former is more scalable and easier to implement. The following post explains how to achieve this.
