We’ve released a patch to the HH theme with the follow fix to all rich text fields:
- Analytics events are now fired when RTF links are clicked in a result card or direct answer card. (#852, #856)

Upgrade Implications 
If you forked directanswercards/card_component.js or cards/card_component.js, you will need to refork these files to get the fix.
If you simply forked a card, you will get the fix automatically when upgrading to this theme version.
