Viewing All Support Searches

Hi,

How can I view all of the searches entered into my experience? We would love to do a deep dive analysis on our search logs to further build out our content.

Hi -

Here’s how you can view all Support Searches:

  1. To view your search log, go to Answers > Experiences in the top navigation bar
  2. In the panel on the left-hand side of the screen, click ‘Search Logs’ under analysis
  3. From here, you can filter on the search term itself, or export to Excel for a deeper analysis
