What is the max number of days you can quarantine first-party reviews?
The maximum quarantine length is 7 days.
Hey Jesse - I have a large Healthcare client who is concerned that 7 days is not enough time to review & approve first party reviews.
Is there any way to extend/customize the quarantine period?
I know your response here was from April so perhaps we have some new functionality?
The maximum is still 7 days. However, we understand that this may be limiting for the client, and would be happy to discuss further to see if we can devise a solution to help meet the client’s needs!
