Adding results count to vertical tabs

Hi HH community,

I have a client interested in adding the results counts to their Answers vertical tabs (see screenshot for example).

I want to know if it’s possible and if so, how to do it? Or if it would require development work?

Following up with another question related to this - can we apply visual feedback when sorts/filters have been applied? Like if I am filtering by multiple options, can the # of filters/sorts be visible as seen in this screenshot?
