Hi everyone - I had a client ask if they would be able to add a Reviews vertical to their Answers experience. They have reviews with Yext and so they are wondering if they could carry over those stored reviews to make them visible/searchable in Answers. Although not explicitly stated, I expect a goal of theirs would be to allow customers to write reviews from this same interface. Is this presently feasible or possible in the future? Thanks!
Hi @Curtis_Maher ! This is a great idea. Unfortunately we don’t service this out-of-the-box today, but this would be possible with custom development. The best recommendation is to get in touch with your Yext account team to look into options for building this out!
