Answers iFrame Interfering with Page Navigation Links

Hi,

I have a client with an Answers experience that lives in an iFrame at the bottom of a page on their site. They have an anchor link at the top of the page that is supposed to automatically navigate a user to the bottom of the page where the iFrame lives. However, something is causing the page to automatically bump the user back to the top of the page. Has anyone experienced this issue and perhaps found a solution?
