Hello! I am getting this unusual page when I click on View Live Preview, do you know what might be the reason?
I tried to restart the live preview but nothing changes.

Hi Juan,
Looks like you’re in one of our JOY (Jambo + SOY) sites which have more custom development done. To access the Answers experience preview, click on any of the templates that start with answers. For example, answers.index will lead you to the universal search. You won’t be able to click between tabs on JOY sites - you’ll have to come back to this page and click to the tab you want.

Hello! As a follow-up on this, I am making modifications on the same site and I can see the experience if I go to answers.index, but it seems like I am in the prod environment instead of staging, I cannot really preview the updates I am making, just wondering if that is how it is supposed to be?

In my experience working on one of these JOY sites, I needed to click “Restart Preview” each time in order to see my modifications. I’m not entirely sure if this is expected, but it seemed to be related to the way code compilation and bundling worked when a new build was triggered. I’d give this a try to start!
