CSS styles problem in integrated search bar in Liferay page

Hi,

when the customer has integrated the search bar in a page of their web portal developed with Liferay, although the Yext styles are loaded (reviewing the source code they can be seen) it seems that for some reason they are not applied and are ignored somehow.

This only happens when the search bar is integrated, since when the results iframe is integrated, the experience does have the correct styles (I understand that because the CSS loads it inside the iframe).

Has anyone had this problem?

I would recommend submitting a ticket to Yext developer support and include a staging link to where you are seeing the issue.

Support can be requested under help.yext.com.

  • Click on “Contact” → Request Type = Support Request → Platform = “Answers”
